He is already singing. Full-throated trilling, warbling, chirping and tumbling, quivering notes of joy. I've named him Bocelli, after the famous Italian tenor - but I'm sure I'll end up calling him "Bo" for short.

ahhhh that's so sweet! The gift... and the song. Sounds like Spring. :) My daughter wants a bird too...but I have insisted that it is only allowed in the house IF it sounds like spring. Otherwise I would be all headachy...I am so easily cluttered in my brain and can not be overstimulated.
Anyways, this one is a beauty. Glad he is singing for you now. :)
ps I like his name...I like listening to opera once and awhile.
